Since 1989, Mark and Jeff Powers have built 2000+ homes and dozens of neighborhoods filled with satisfied customers. They garnered awards and gathered a host of skilled craftsmen and dedicated professionals.

Then they decided to go bigger. And they did that just as well.

At the turn of the decade they built the 40,000 square foot West Branch Trade Center.  Next they turned a shrub-covered lot into the beautiful 26,500 square foot Y of Central Maryland. Among these projects Mark and Jeff Powers recently developed the Jefferson Codorus Joint Sewer Authority in Codorus, Pennsylvania.  This 240,000 gallon per day waste treatment plant services the residents of Jefferson and Codorus Townships.
